Horrible !!! Still had to pay , I SPECIFIED to the lady how I wanted my eyebrows , thick even guided her with my hair growth and SHE DID THEM THIN and extremely arched. Both of my eyebrows look SOOOOO DIFFERENT
The reviews made me a little hesitant to go in but I’m glad I gave them a chance! Staff is very nice. The shop was really clean and Chanda did an amazing job on my eyebrow threading! I would definitely recommend
This was my first time trying eyebrow threading, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or communicative. I was just sat down in the chair with no explanation of what to expect. I had to let the technician know it was my first time because she immediately began instructing me to pull on my eyelid and forehead without explaining why or how to do it — which was confusing for a first-timer. I had a terrible experience at this place and it wasn’t the first time. The first time I’ve went I asked for a shape up and left with half my eyebrow missing. When I arrived today, I had to wait 15 minutes because the staff was eating lunch. No one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence when I walked in. The person doing my eyebrows was on the phone the entire time, which felt incredibly unprofessional. To top it off, my eyebrows ended up uneven.
