The reviews made me a little hesitant to go in but I’m glad I gave them a chance! Staff is very nice. The shop was really clean and Chanda did an amazing job on my eyebrow threading! I would definitely recommend
This was my first time trying eyebrow threading, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or communicative. I was just sat down in the chair with no explanation of what to expect. I had a terrible experience at this place and it wasn’t the first time. The first time I’ve went I asked for a shape up and left with half my eyebrow missing. When I arrived today, I had to wait 15 minutes because the staff was eating lunch. No one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence when I walked in. The person doing my eyebrows was on the phone the entire time, which felt incredibly unprofessional. To top it off, my eyebrows ended up uneven. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this salon for a Brazilian wax. A new lady, whom I had never seen before, attended to me. It was immediately apparent that she was in a rush as she didn't complete the job thoroughly. I left with hair still on my bikini area, and many sections weren't even touched! The finish was far from smooth and resembled more of a hurried shave than a proper wax. Even more troubling was that she over-applied the wax multiple times, leading to significant skin inflammation.
