It was a wonderful surprise to find a local business making squares which can be delivered to my home. Ordering was easy and the description of the various squares was easy to understand. I picked a delivery date and waited in anticipation. The products were personally delivered the evening before my designated delivery date, which was a pleasant surprise. The squares were nicely presented and are delicious. I will certainly order again.
I ordered a custom Brownie Blondie box for my friends in Vancouver, being based in the UK I trusted the reviews, and it was my first order. Vanshika went above and beyond to hand deliver my order, as I’d chosen a Monday delivery for a birthday and she didn’t want the couriers to delay it as they don’t pick up on the weekend. I’m touched that she made that effort to make sure it was delivered safely and on time, and my friends were delighted with the brownies. Absolutely loved the Bounty Brownie and Biscoff Blondie! Both were incredibly flavorful, rich, and perfectly indulgent. The Bounty Brownie had that delicious chocolate-coconut combination, while the Biscoff Blondie was packed with that irresistible caramelized Biscoff flavor. I paid 44 dollars for 4 brownies and the two Nanaimo bar brownies arrived completely destroyed and I reached out to the business and told them what happened and sent them a picture of the completely destroyed product and was told that I would be getting a full refund of my order.... They refunded me 14 out of the 44 dollars that my order cost me.... Absolute trash.
