Bret R. Smith failed to produce a mediation agreement that could withstand judicial review. The agreement drafted during mediation, which included the basic forms used to calculate child support, was later overturned by the court. The judge specifically referenced the “glaring errors” made by Mr. Smith as the reason for overturning the order.
