I really appreciated the care I received during my sessions, but unfortunately the billing experience has been very disappointing. My insurance statement showed that my copay should have been $30 per session, but I was charged $50 per visit for about seven sessions. I reached out multiple times over several months to request a review and possible reimbursement for the overpayment, but I never received a response or resolution. I've been seeing Ashley for years and she has made a tremendous difference in my life! Don't know what I'd do without her guidance.
Ashley is awesome! I have been coming for over a year now and so thankful to find a therapist who listens and gives me sound advice and guidance. After terrible therapy in the military it was so refreshing to find therapists that speak to you directly and have the knowledge and experience you give YOU the type of support you need. I even brought my daughter to get play therapy when I got divorced and she loved coming. I couldn’t recommend Ashley and everyone who works in the Brown Clinic for the work they do.
The Brown Clinic, Ashley especially is AMAZING! I have used them for years & I honestly don’t know where I would be today without them!!
