So disappointing. I booked an appointment with Kelly (moving a work meeting so I could get a timeslot with her specifically) and toward the end of the appt, I found out the person waxing my eyebows was not Kelly, but someone who has worked there for 3 weeks. They switched without telling me. I'd been using growth serum and didn't touch my eyebrows for 2 painful months to grow them out in anticipation of this appointment. Extremely disappointed.
I booked an appointment for yesterday and I arrived early only to find out my appointment had been canceled. No notice given to me, no explanation and the employee never reached out. I left work early to make my appointment and drove out of the way.
I’ve been going to Sierra for over a year now and she’s amazing. I live an hour away but she’s worth the drive! I don’t trust anyone else with my brows. She does such an amazing job every time
Love The BrowHive! Won’t go anywhere else! Sierra does an amazing job with my lashes! In and out and always on time. If you haven’t gotten a lash lift yet you gotta stop in! It’s life changing to always look like you are put together.
Karina does a wonderful job! I have gone to her several times and refer her to friends. She has done my lashes and brows and I have been happy with each experience
