I needed to get my eyebrows done ASAP and was in the area. They came up on my maps and I went to them. I’m very sensitive when it comes to getting my eyebrows and let me tell you they did not disappoint!!! I was in and out in 10 minutes and they were super gentle and patient. Francis was the BEST. They just gained a new client and I will be coming back for sure!
I’m very sad today, I thought my eyebrows would be nice but No, I just ask to tint my eyebrows the way I wanted she can’t even do it; I pay for nothing . Please go to a professional one because she’s not. Sorry
Aridia was so welcoming from the moment I walked in and made me feel completely comfortable. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Her precision and eye for what she does is honestly unmatched. I was blown away by the results….she exceeded my expectations in every way. I’ve never had my eyebrows look this good before. You can tell she cares deeply about her clients and her work. I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else for my brows. The Brow Spot is officially my go-to :-) Thank youuuu!!
I get off work at 6pm. I rushed here from North bay village. Arrived at 6:29. The woman watched me through the window untill I walked over and now she says they are closed. If you change your hours to 6:30, why not change the hours online? As I sit in the parking lot 15 minutes later and the same woman who said they are closed hasn’t moved from the spot she was in just continuing to yap. Incredible. For $25 brows that take them 2-3 minutes, everytime. Makes absolutely no sense. Will never come back.
Segunda vez que me atiendo con Aridia. La primera vez me encantó el trabajo, no me gustó mucho su atención. Dije, le doy otra oportunidad por que su trabajo es bueno, fui por segunda vez, desagradable. No tiene filing para hablar ni dirigirse con sus clientas, solo te sientas en esa silla y chau. Sigue hablando con las demás empleadas como si no existieras y no estuvieras ahí. Definitivamente no voy a volver, y si tu idea es ir a relajarte o distraerte, no vayas, vas a sentir que estás molestando.
