Best brow place ever! I’ve been to a lot of different spots in Hamilton and the Brow Room is by far the best one. Their staff are kind, always consistent in the way my brows look regardless of who does them! It is a beautiful location and very clean. So happy I found them :)
Update: As expected, the response to my review was disappointing and deflective. To clarify a few inaccuracies in their reply: – I was 10 minutes late, not 20. – I was the one who pointed out the burn, not Ivy. – Before noticing the burn, Ivy even asked, "Do you want anything else? I have time!", which is when I agreed to have more of my face waxed. She didn’t mention an additional charge, nor was one added at checkout.
