Awesome service!! It was my first time so I was slightly nervous but they were very nice and patient with me. The prices are very good considering the amazing quality they gave me. I'm very satisfied and would go back for sure :)

While the staff was kind, professional, and friendly, this may not be the best place for waxing, especially if you have brown skin with dark hair. My hair has already grown back just after a week because it wasn’t fully removed, but rather cut by the wax.

lowering my original 5-star review as the tint is gone on my lashes, it's only been 5 days since i got lift and tint done. they are my normal shade of brown. the curl is there still but the black tint has completely washed out. i followed the aftercare and didn't get them wet or wash my face for over 24 hours after. i brush them daily, dont use a retinol. i do wash my face daily with a gel cleanser. i don't wear makeup so i don't use any makeup remover. i can't figure out what went wrong. ivy was still a lovely person, howev... read more
