Katie severely ripped me off and messed up my eyebrows, not to mention she constantly didn’t show up for our scheduled appointments or would cancel last minute. She had been reported to the BBB and taken to court more than once.
Katie is not a good person. She owes me $600. She carried on dragging me thru her personal problems for over 6 months. Now I have to go to small claims court to get my money. She made very small dashes incomplete very short unfinished crooked eyeliner with one side line longer than the other eye when she was paid to do corner to corner liner. Katie does a magnificent job I love my eyebrows I've waited for so long to get it done and every time I look in the mirror I'm so happy she does a fantastic job I would highly recommend her.
