First time for lash lift/tint + brow map/wax/tint, and Lisette was phenomenal. Everything went smoothly, but I'm truly amazed at my brows! It's the first time in my life that I love how they look 🥹 Highly recommend for a stress free experience and awesome results 🫶
I just moved to Santa Monica a week ago and asked Chat GPT to help me find a good place for a brow wax. Sooo happy I found Jahna at the Brow Fixx!! She mapped my brows (I never had that done before) and gave me the BEST service I have ever had!! Not only do my brows look amazing, the location is super convenient, and she is sooo personable and made me feel so welcomed! Thank you, Jahna! No one will ever touch my brows!! You're the GOAT!!
I went in for a brow lamination and paid $100, including the tip and first-customer discount. Sadly, the results were not worth the price. When I got home, I noticed my brows were not laminated properly because the root of my eyebrows were kinked, not straight. No aftercare instructions were provided, and I did not receive a spoolie brush, which many other businesses provide after the service. Megan is so amazing! She has been tinting my lashes for a few months now. My eyes are super sensitive and they dont do well with mascara and I have ad adhesive allergy so can't do lash extensions but Megan tints my lashes which are naturally blonde ( and it looks like I don't have lashes without the tint!) and it makes my morning routine so easy, no mascara I just curl them and go! I highly recommend Ana. She does an amazing job with my eyebrows. I get a wax, tint, and lamination treatment. As a mom of two and a full-time job, coming here is my treat. It helps me look like I have makeup every day without putting anything on.
