I had been having issues with my gutters this summer due to heavy rains. I noticed a bolt had popped loose and I was having spots of water dripping down from the gutters. I was growing quite concerned. I called two different companies for estimates. The first one told me that my gutters are fine, but they had tons of debris and leaves built up.
