Jacob and his partner did an excellent, very thorough and made sure I had no issues.
I had new gutters and gutter guards put on. There were many issues and problems. They are in the process of trying to resolve. I will update review once addressed. So update: I spoke with the owner many times. He was very accomodating and really tried to resolve the issue. Finally we settled on a resolution. Sadly it did cost me more money but it was the only resolution. They are great at installing gutters and would highly recommend. The crew showed up on time, completed the job, and left. Perfect.
The company did just as they bid. No weird changes or upcharges. The work was as scheduled and seems to be correct. But, I wouldn't say they went above and beyond either. I'm quite satisfied, but not overwhelmed. 4.6 stars.
