I had an issue with a gutter that was overflowing in the middle of the run. Adrian came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He could have tried to upset me something I didn't need, or charge me for his time. He didn't do either. I dont need his services at this point, but when I do, he's the guy im going to call!
Initially contacted BG to have a downspout replaced. While estimating, I was upsold a gutter cleaning by Adrian. Was advised they were a week or two out and scheduled the service. Day of scheduled service I was called and told they could not come. Rescheduled almost two weeks out. Time of new appointment came had no call and no show by BG. I called and was told that they would be by later. Four hours after the rescheduled date and time BG finally showed up, and replaced the down spout. Highly recomend!! Our new gutters look amazing! Thank you so much! Brothers did a fantastic job. They finished up in just a few hours and were a pleasure to work with (from start to finish.) Everyone that we were in contact with was very nice, responsive and informative. They were very info transparent and will update you with text/call/email every step of the way.

Scheduling a consultation appointment was easy. Adrian came out promptly and we discussed a couple of gutter possibilities for my house. He listened to my concerns and asked questions. I was given a 30 day price quote. We scheduled time for the work to be done and I placed a deposit. Work was scheduled to be completed within a week of my confirmation of the job.
