It took a week and a half to schedule an estimate. The person who showed up to do the estimate was nice enough. When I explained what needed to be done, he said "our minimum charge is $500.00". The worked I needed done was to install 2 missing gutter hangers on part of the garage gutter which is about 10 feet high. Cost of materials is $5.00, and it would have taken him about 10 minutes to install them. So I stated... "so you can't install them?". He said... "I can, but it will be $500.00". Outrageous! Exceptional customer service, professionalism, knowledge of the work needed to be done on our gutters and very fair pricing. We had our gutters cleaned (2 story home) and One Guard installed on first floor gutters today. The crew cleaned up nicely. We are so happy with the completed work and highly recommend!
