Gutters didn’t last 6 months before falling down, not only will they not cover natural damages in the warranty but our local branch closed less than a month after installation. It took three phone calls and an email to even find out that they had closed in our city.
We called Brothers to help us with a repair and to give us an idea to keep water off of our side porch. They were so professional and helpful – had a better idea than we had had and saved us money. This is the second time we have used them for a repair. They are always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. Wes was our technician this time. He did an excellent job and had great ideas. I would not hesitate to call them again when needed.
Great experience. Would give more than 5 stars. Wesley came out. He was very professional, offered great advice. Repaired part of my gutters at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend!
