First, I will say these are nice people to work with. They provided a fair price and did the work quickly. However, almost a year later we discovered the way the gutters were installed, led to water damage during hurricane Beryl. I am no gutter expert, but two separate companies who looked at the work were not surprised how the installation led to leaking inside our home. We’ve been working with our insurance and I asked Brothers Gutters to cover the deductible ($10k) seeing as how their work led to this issue. I was told th... read more
The price is reasonable, the work was done exceptionally well, and communication was smooth throughout. I’d like to give a special thanks to Aaron for truly understanding and fulfilling my needs. I highly recommend them! （P.S. I put the extension on and I know they don’t look good😆. But I recommend everybody getting it and make sure to discharge the water away. A splash block is the secondary choice)
Unprofessional, called in because two laborers were driving on 99 in the left lane slow and both playing on their phone. Arianna answered the phone and said I was calling the call center... That's the number on the truck also 346 is Houston. Her attitude was "what do you want me to do with this info?" Called again and got her again. Im in the trades and I won't be suggesting them.
