I had an excellent experience with this company. They came out on time for the scheduled estimate and instead of an estimate, they were able to fix it on the spot for free. I’ve had a lot of home services and this was a first. I will never use anyone else for gutters and I don’t think you should either!
I would highly recommend to anyone to have these guys do your gutters!! Dan was a pleasure and he gave me a great price also the crew they sent out did a wonderful job and the whole process was very quick I’m a happy customer.
They took the deposit and never performed the work. I have yet to get my money back (it’s been almost two months). I understand why they could not fit us into the schedule. The weather has not been cooperative. However, my issue is that I had to call them myself to figure out that they weren’t going to perform the work. Now, the local office has stopped taking my calls. The franchise office says they can’t do anything about it.l except keep sending emails. Beyond this issue, the deposit was $450. That’s an insane price to cl... read more
