On time, on budget, quality workmanship. I had a couple of other gutter companies provide estimates which were about the same as Brothers but not as professional. You have to have a good feeling about who you are doing business with and I did from the moment they arrived in two trucks with three installers. My install team of Nick, Dan, and Chris was outstanding. They tore down old gutters, replaced with new, cleaned up thoroughly, all in one day! Estimators Adam and Jeremy were very responsive and professional.
Jeremy and his team were fantastic! They were quick, easy to work with, and worked seamlessly with Five Star Painting of East Jacksonville to make sure everything was perfect. I’m so relieved that my gutters finally drain properly and are sloped just right. It’s such a weight off my shoulders knowing the job was done right. Highly recommend them!
The office was responsive and I had high hopes about this company. The scope of work was removing my old gutters so I could perform some fascia replacement then putting up new gutters with an extended drip edge a week later. Removing the gutters was fast, but they left over 20 screws in my driveway and I didn't notice until one ended up in my tire the next day. They installed my gutters on time and did a fine job, but they did not finish the rest of what they promised to do--namely make the water drain far enough away drom the house to protect my foundation. I made several appointments and got no-showed three times. Finally got in touch with the person responsible for doing the work, but he says he doesn't do this kind of work ..even though it was promised in my quote. All I need is to get the water away from my foundation.
