Workmen were efficient and timely. Took time to address a few small concerns not in the brief. Would hire again. Only negative was the repeated cancellations due to weather and internal issues. But the office responded fairly quickly to my texts to update me.
I expected a crew of installers so when only Anthony showed up Saturday morning I was concerned. However he let me know what his plan was, showed me the product, and asked if I had any questions. He then when right to work and didn't take a break until the job was done. H cleaned out the gutters, attached the guard and documented everything with pictures. I just want to share a review on the work that Kyle Knight did on my front gutter originally a crew came out to replace my front gutter on I believe it was in 2024 and they did not do a great job. There was water leaking behind the gutter in several places. So I called Lindsay at Customer Service to have someone come out and fix the problem . Got my work finished about a week before schedule. Rob and his crew were friendly, fast, and left the place exactly as they found it. A pleasure to do business with from the office to installation.
I could not be more satisfied with my service. The quality of work was fantastic but what really set this crew a part was the communication. I can't tell you how welcomed that is, especially for someone that is not a home renovation expert. Would highly recommend this firm and the crew that completed my work in Shillington, PA.
