If I could give zero stars, I would. What terrible after-sales service. I booked an appointment to have new gutters installed, but the job caused my roof shingles to lift. I called them to come and inspect the issue; they said they would arrive between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM the next day, yet we waited until 4:00 PM and no one showed up. We called again, and they promised they would definitely come the following day—but still, no one came. Do they think we don't have jobs to go to? My problem was not resolved...The 2 techs said the problem was that roofers nailed the shingles over the gutter impending flow..The suggestion was to install 6 inch gutter..They also said they would send pix of gutter after cleaning..but they didn't.The roofer came and said shingles were installed correctly...He removed the entire downspout and pulled out many pinecones and pineneedles...I spent $371 for 15 minutes of work and misinformation about the shingles
Great job! They fixed my downspout after it pulled away from the house. Very quick response, extremely polite and helpful, and excellent work. They even went over and above by adding additional screws and support to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. Very affordable, too. Would highly recommend.
