Very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, I definitely have some concerns about the service. I had asked them to come by and adjust my gutter as I noticed that it wasn't draining the water that it was catching and directing it to the downspout correctly. Basically, there wasn't an adequate pitch/angle to the gutter. I was charged $425 for the parts/labor/service. Yesterday I was almost t-boned by one of your employees driving 40-50 MPH through a school zone where the speed limit is 20 MPH. Yes, I can tell you exactly when and where: The driver was driving west on Castle Pines Parkway passing by Village Square Terrace at roughly 11:30am on 11/12/2025. I had a terrible experience with Brothers that Just do Gutters. The job was extremely sub professional. When I first contacted them they acknowledged clearly that a botched job had occurred and they had fired the worker. This is fine however they chose to never remedy the situation despite me giving them multiple chances. Please see the pictures of the botched job that still has not been repaired over a year later.
