Eli replaced a gutter that was too small with a bad slope for me on 7/3. He did exemplary work and I appreciated his attitude!
I received a notice from my HOA demanding for my gutters to be cleared of leaves and debris. I currently live out of state and my home in Colorado was being rented out. With the sense of urgency James and his team was able to provide, we were able to get it all completed before the tenant moved in, and I was able to successfully report to the HOA that their request had been completed. Thank you, James, for your sense of urgency, and your care for my home while residing in another state. 5/5 would strongly recommend!
James and his team are very knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. Seamless installation. Great communication throughout the process. Major upgrade to the appearance of our home. Would highly reccomend to anyone needing gutters.
My gutter was level, not sloped, so water would build up without running properly to the downspout. Rather than having it re-sloped, I wanted to have an additional downspout added that would run down to a rain barrel I had already put in place. Landen C. and his team did a very good job with installing the downspout to run to the rain barrel exactly as I had wanted, even making a slight adjustment after the work was completed so I could more easily access the fitting should it get clogged. Justin was awesome! It was my first experience with them working for a luxury concierge company who maintains multiple houses. Not only have I had a great experience, but so has a lot of my team members as well. We continue to give them a call for a reason. He came out on time to my clients house, realized it was a simple fix and instead of booking a team to come back out, he handled it on the spot. Wasn’t a major project for a small issue, and myself and client were very impressed it was a completed job so quickly.
