Update: the pros over at Gutter that just do Gutters got back with me and they are working to get things all worked out at our place. Good guys.
I live in Golden, our gutters haven't been draining properly and there were leaking issues. I mainly dealt with Josh. Great guy, knowledgable, knew exactly what I needed. I've tried to get our gutters fixed, for a while, but am always pitched an entirely new gutter system, rather than the appropriate fix. While my gutters are not far away from being retired, the team did some cleaning, patching, and pitch work. Great repair job and they work better than they have in a long time. This location purchased the Denver franchise and refuses to honor our warranty. The work originally done was shoddy and we're having major issues with downspouts detaching, leaking, and generally poor workmanship two years later. While that's not the fault of this location, their unwillingness to honor the warranties for the business they purchased says a lot about their business practices. Avoid at all costs. Caleb and his team did a great job cleaning our gutters!
BG replaced the gutters in our entire community. Excellent job. One underground drain pipe was clogged. Brian and Eli came out and opened it up. They were very inventive and got the pipe open. These 2 are an excellent team. Congratulations to BG for such excellent people.
