I called to schedule an appointment on a Wednesday, the earliest date they had was Friday which was great because I could be there. I wanted two gutters on the side of the house replaced ASAP and if that went well then alm the rest of then replaced. I got off the phone with scheduling and five minutes I get a call saying that he can't make it Friday but can be there in ten minutes. My experience with The Brothers was less than stellar, and yet I gave them five stars. That's no mistake. My issue was an overflowing gutter that is maybe 40 feet and a 5 foot section I wanted looked at. I requested an estimate and was clear on my expectations of the scope of this job. What followed was a folly of errors from both sides. They called wanting to come by earlier than the original agreed upon time. I happened to be on vacation at the time but I agreed to this. About two years ago, we used "Brothers" to remove and replace all the gutters at our home. Initial contacts went well, price was reasonable. Installers arrived when scheduled and did a good job--only complaint there was how they handled a couple of downspout situations. A homeowner was available the whole time for them to consult with on how to deal with the situation of their downspouts not fitting into existing PVC pipes--their solution was unattractive to say the least.
