They couldn’t fix a simple problem and landed up in a bigger damage
My gutters had 30 pounds worth of vegetation growing out of my gutter sitting two stories up and was causing a nasty leak that dripped for days after it rained. Brothers Gutters came out the day after I called them, provided me a quote within my budget, and had a team to come out and fix within a week's time. Nothing but professional!
We have a house on the ocean. When we negotiated this job I asked, demanded, that they use stainless steel screws. I agreed to pay any extra charge this would incur. Bottom line, they used the standard steel fasteners and by next year they will start to rust and I’ll have these rust stains running down. Disappointing.
Schedule and received a confirmation for an estimate. Pulled a no show the day of with no communication. Not a good look.
