The guys were in and out in 90 minutes. Did a get job. Cleaned the gutters. Installed gutter guards, and repaired downspouts.
I wanted to merge 2 down spouts. Not only did they not merge the 2, now i have water in my basement which i did not have before. They came made everything worse and wont return my emails.
I had gutters installed a year ago and am very dissatisfied. The gutters fail to handle the volume of water often running over the gutter. Gutter on one side of the house is falling off. A down leader was eliminated on the front of the house was a mistake. Jim Morrison, the supposed former owner came out twice to help rectify the faulty installation. $4900 is a hefty price to pay for poor quality, knowledge and know how.
Brandon and Naomi did an awesome job with the install, removal and overall process. Ryan (sales rep) did a great job explaining everything and knew exactly what i was looking for. Installers (Brandon and Naomi, were a delight to have on my property!
