They replaced the gutters and ripped apart the soffit at the same time. They failed to repair the soffit or fix it in any way. The insurance for the house is not at risk because of their negligence.

Over a year ago I had this company come out to give me an estimate on cleaning my gutters. I was offered an installation of gutter guards that would include cleaning and repairing any leaks in the gutters. The total was over $1000, but it was taken up front before any work was done, which seemed like a red flag. But the people who work there are all very courteous. The crew came and ripped down my front gutters, soffit and fascia cover, to then tell me my old wooden soffit was to rotted to put up the vinyl soffit. (they should have removed the old soffit as part of the job). They said they would just do the back while I contacted a contractor to fix the issue they were having. They then ripped down the rear gutters. Once that was done they told me the rear was prepped for new gutters, but they didn't want to do it because they couldn't "end their day with un closed projects" and they "... read more
