I took my vehicle in today to change my control arms and they went past their closing time to ensure it was finished and also rotated my tires! They also gave me reassurance by driving it around with me in the vehicle to ensure it was what I expected. The vehicle drives better than it ever did when I first bought it! 10/10 recommend this place!

I'm sorry but we are very disappointed with the oil change and tire rotation service we received on our 2012 Mercedes-Benz E350 this afternoon. According to multiple industry sources such as the Chilton manual, it should take .2 -.3 hours (between 12 - 18 minutes) to rotate 4 tires. However, you charged us $75 for .5 an hour (30 minutes) at the rate of $150 an hour. My wife had to immediately return to your shop as the Tire Pressure Warning light came on as soon as she left. I have delt with many mechanics over the last 20 years. And I must say, Danny is one of the best I have worked with. Excellent work done at a fair price. Dont be fooled by $150 per hour. Danny was a life saver when I had a coolant leak and needed a repair in a pinch in order to make it to work the next day. He was very kind, gracious, and willing to get me on the road as soon as he possibly could and it made a HUGE difference in my week and my minivans livelihood! Thank you so so so much!!!
