I'm sorry but we are very disappointed with the oil change and tire rotation service we received on our 2012 Mercedes-Benz E350 this afternoon. According to multiple industry sources such as the Chilton manual, it should take .2 -.3 hours (between 12 - 18 minutes) to rotate 4 tires. We'd give them 10 stars if we could!!! We were on our way to a 5-day camping trip in our 2019 Jayco Precept and stopped for lunch when our gear shifter got stuck in park. In a big motorhome, that could have ended our trip right there. We called The Brothers and Johnny showed up in about 30 minutes, got under the coach, figured out the problem, then went back to the shop for parts and tools. I took my vehicle in today to change my control arms and they went past their closing time to ensure it was finished and also rotated my tires! They also gave me reassurance by driving it around with me in the vehicle to ensure it was what I expected. The vehicle drives better than it ever did when I first bought it! 10/10 recommend this place!
I have delt with many mechanics over the last 20 years. And I must say, Danny is one of the best I have worked with. Excellent work done at a fair price. Dont be fooled by $150 per hour.
