I had worst experience with this auto Center.I went for AC repair. He charged first 125 dollars and said it is ok to fill Freon gas. After 2 days Ac did not work , Took car back to him then He charged 600 dollars and said it is OK now that he changed valves but again after 2 days AC did not work . I took car back to him again and he said need an other part to be replaced and charge 300 dollars labor and 89 dollars pipe charges. Guess guys AC still did not work. 5 star ratings for a reason. Very personable people, I felt welcomed as soon as I stepped in. Better price and faster service than anyone around.
They were able to have a quick check of my 2010 Toyota Camry problems. The check did cost $125 for an hour service, which is slightly more expensive from other places I have been to. They did hand me the wrong invoice, but it was addressed and fixed.
Excellent customer service, great communication and the work was amazing. I will be back
I had such a good experience at The Brothers Auto Center! I had spent almost two hours trying to get rusted screws off to change out my license plate by myself the night before, and it was done within 2 minutes when I took it in this morning. I was able to make it to work in time, and he didn't even charge me. I really appreciate the kind and quick service!
