This review is long overdue...but I have to share my feelings about this place. The fella's that work here are HONEST. That means everything, especially to a woman like myself. They are fair and will tell you exactly what is going on in laymans terms. They never used mechanical jargon that left me wondering what they are talking about...as most slick salesmen do. I brought my car into another shop before bringing it to this shop because of location but I was given a high price and was told that might not be the only issue and there could still be much more going into the car. I brought it to The Brothers Auto Center and was not expecting them to even look at the car for a couple of days but the next morning I received the call and was given a reasonable price to fix several issues that they found with my car. I pay a tow company to come from lapeer county to this guy because hes that good. Hes the most knowledgeable, honest, and fair guy around.
John is truly a blessing and his team that is with him are also amazing. Great place great service highly recommend to everyone. If you ever need repairs this is the place. God Bless John and all of the workers here…
I had worst experience with this auto Center.I went for AC repair. He charged first 125 dollars and said it is ok to fill Freon gas. After 2 days Ac did not work , Took car back to him then He charged 600 dollars and said it is OK now that he changed valves but again after 2 days AC did not work . I took car back to him again and he said need an other part to be replaced and charge 300 dollars labor and 89 dollars pipe charges. Guess guys AC still did not work.
