Stayed at one of the cheaper rooms with shower. No maid service for 2 nights. 3 flights of stairs not advertised. Old fashioned pleasant motif. One rooms bathroom was in hallway. Saturday breakfast outstanding...fruit cup, oatmeal, bread casserole, hot scrambled eggs, kielbasi, coffee, juice. Sunday morning..fruit cup, 6 mini store bought muffins, lukewarm scrambled eggs, country sautéed potatoes with skin, 3 half sized bacon strips, juice,, coffee....not impressive. It was a beautiful weekend I spent with my kids , This house takes you back in time like 100 years ago, the decoration its beautiful , very quiet and cozzy place . The services was amazing , first night we arrived they had our room nice and clean , they offered continental breakfast at 7:30 or Hot breakfast at 9:00 am . It felt like Home.
We had the absolute best experience at this amazing bnb! Marty & Gaile are the most kind hosts and we had a true Poconos experience. The home has so much history, our room and bed was comfortable and the breakfasts were homemade and delicious! We can’t recommend this enough if you’re looking for the REAL Poconos!! Thank you!!
