I had a walk-in, self-guided tour scheduled at The Brooks on Heritage. After providing my ID, I was given a key and a map to a unit listed as vacant. However, when I unlocked the door, I discovered someone ACTUALLY LIVING THERE. It was an incredibly unsettling experience. When I returned to the front office and explained what happened, the staff were clearly surprised and confused. Incredible place! Been here 3 years, very friendly and helpful office staff. The maintenance guy Chris is the best ever. Super friendly, and very prompt with any issues we have ever had. No reason to leave while there’s such great employees here!
I love it here and I hate that I am moving! Only issue I don't like is the new parking regulation.
