I’ve been living here for going on 3 years. The office staff Marley is so sweet and so is the property manager bri 🫶 anytime I have an issue it’s taken care of that day or the next morning. Amenities here are great and the environment as well. VERY pet friendly and responsive. The office is often doing extra activities for the residents and I even got a treat bag for my birthday this month.😍
Apartments are fine. Nothing too fancy, but nice enough.
I had a walk-in, self-guided tour scheduled at The Brooks on Heritage. After providing my ID, I was given a key and a map to a unit listed as vacant. However, when I unlocked the door, I discovered someone ACTUALLY LIVING THERE. It was an incredibly unsettling experience. When I returned to the front office and explained what happened, the staff were clearly surprised and confused.
