service staff appears to be challenged with less than stellar technical skills and are slow in response. This could more than likely be an IT issue and not the staff themselves.
The hotel itself was fine. Room was clean and what I expected it to be. The service was less than stellar though. There was only one nice staff member that would say hi to me (even if I said hi to them) and they always seemed to be grouped talking to each other in many different parts of the hotel. That includes just in front of the entrance where there would regularly be three of them smoking.
Incredible staff. Nice place! I'm definitely staying here again ! #MinnesotaHockeyMom
