As the owner of a local floral design studio, I see a lot of venues. This one is so beautiful! I would consider this rustic elegance. Think stone, wood, a gorgeous fireplace, natural textures, green fields and trees, and beautiful water features all situated on Weatherford Lake. It’s peaceful and serene. What else can I say? It’s gorgeous! Great parking, convenient location.
I cannot speak more highly of this venue. It was the 1st and only place I toured when searching for my wedding venue. As soon as you drive up, the whole property, old world chapel, and reception building is jaw droppingly beautiful. I couldn't have imagined getting married anywhere else, my family and friends went on about how stunning the place was down to every single detail, it was mine and my husband's exact vibe. This location is one of the most beautiful wedding venues I've ever seen. It's gorgeous in the daytime but just spectacular at night.

I cannot recommend The Brooks enough. They were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process. The entire property is beautiful. My guests couldn’t stop raving about how pretty the chapel was and how wonderful the reception area was with the fireplace. My husband and I ended up getting married on one of the coldest days of the year in December 2025 and the staff did a wonderful job of making sure the chapel and reception area stayed warmed all day. So glad I got married at The Brooks!
