Amazingly well designed. Love this building. A modern interpretation of the classic art deco high rises in Manhattan
Horrible construction noise from December to now (mid June) and management kept saying it will end soon but never seems to end. Cheap windows you can hear everything from the street. If ur not planning to live above 30th floor don’t come. Promised amenities are delayed as usual. First time I toured this apartment was in 2024 and they promised everything will be done in 2025. Now it’s halfway 2026 still no gym, no pool, no nothing and construction noise every workday. Don’t live here if you want to sleep
