I ordered three 18inch pizzas and a 20 piece wing. The pizzas were good and enormous. The wings were great. Spending over $120 but they only made 2 of the 3 pizzas, so only 2 were delivered. The delivery driver via grub hub called on speaker to ask about the order, as she was willing to go back to pick it up and redeliver it. The kid who answered at Brooklyn Pizza said, "oh, I didn't see that. Tell them to get a refund from Grubhub." Stopped for the first time last Sunday afternoon (June 6, '26). Both pizzas had the makings to be delicious... thin hand tossed crust, lots of flavorful cheese, good toppings. But I couldn't get past the heavy black carbon on the bottom. After reading these reviews, I see that this is a constant issue. I'm home now and google "how to make a stone oven pizza without burning it". I tried a pizza from this place and it was awful. The entire bottom of the pizza was completely black and burnt. It looked like it had been forgotten in the oven and served anyway. The burnt taste was so strong that it ruined the whole pizza. I honestly can't understand how anyone thought this was acceptable to give to a customer. If this is their quality standard, I would not recommend this place at all.
