This is the worst management I have ever dealt with. After moving out, I was forced to accept a $5,226.00 deduction from my security deposit due to alleged scratches on the floor. These included minor scuffs that could be wiped away with water and a few small blemishes on the wood flooring. What’s more outrageous is that during the six months the dishwasher was broken, I submitted multiple repair requests and received no response at all. The food is good and very healthy
Food took forever to arrive, and then the lamb ended up being undercooked, so we had to send it back. Came for a 7 pm dinner and still no food around 9. 10 out of 10 would not recommend for dinner parties.
Lived here for 2 years and is probably the best building I’ll ever live in in New York. The front desks are always so nice, they will remember your name and unit number, and the maintenance is responsive. The building manager will answer calls and emails and help you solve the problem. The common area gets cleaned all the time.
