I am writing to share one of the most disturbing and traumatic healthcare experiences I’ve ever had—one that occurred at Brookdale Hospital and left me shocked, hurt, and deeply disappointed. Repeated attempts to contact the hospital by phone for an appointment were met with unanswered calls, and when someone finally picked up, they hung up without a word. The worst place I've ever been to can't even call this place a hospital very dirty there's no organization at all very long weight irresponsible. If you have a choice, don't take anyone. You love to this hospital.
