I spent a total of 9 days at Brookdale - where I found the staff to be professional, supportive, and totally focused on my health and in my well-being. Their care and expertise allowed me to gain the confidence I needed to return home, and in my words: Not to be a burden to anyone! The entrance "officer" is rude & lacks compassion. A person at the entrance of the hospital should not be the first person we see! the entrance
