Staff was great and supportive
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had moving into a place Diona is the absolute best she walked me through the process effortlessly. The property is clean and quiet I love it here 10
I am loving my time as a tenant here. Diona has been wonderful and amazing through the entire process. Answering my questions, being patient with me, while being kind and professional. Location is great; access to a lot of convenient stores for needs within a short 5-10 minute drive. Being so close to the Freeway entrance/exit makes it so ease to just drive to any part of the bay and to come back home. So far, 5/5 stars for me.
Diona, leasing manager extraordinaire!! She was so helpful from start to finish and made this process so seamless, stressless and EXCITING! She walked me through everything in an honest and straightforward way and not only was I APPROVED, I was approved the very next day and I can honestly say she was very instrumental in my decision to apply in the first place. She is patient and kind and takes care of my every need and I’m would recommend The Brook On Center to everyone! She needs a raise!
ABOUT A YEAR IN A HALF ALREADY A RESIDENT LIVING IN THEIR BUILDING APPARENTLY TOLD THE HEAD OFFICE THERE IS MOLD IN THEIR APARTMENT.. NOT GOING IN TO FULL DETAIL FOR LAWFUL REASONS BUT ITS UTTERLY AWFUL AND DISTURBING CONSIDERING THEY KNOW SHE HAS LUNG CANCER… THE OFFICE APPARENTLY MOLD “TESTED” SAYING IT WAS FINE UNFORTUNATELY SHE DID HER OWN TESTING AFTERWARDS AND IT WAS STIIIILLLL MOLD..
