I came by to take a look at one of the units to potentially move into and Diona helped me out. She was soooo nice and sooo sweet. Professionalism was amazing. She had a great relationship with everyone we ran into on the tour. She definitely made me feel welcome and really sold The Brook to me. It’s a beautiful location and the staff seem just as amazing.
My husband and I have lived here for the past 2 years and have truly had such a great experience. Any maintenance requests were always handled quickly and professionally. A huge shoutout to Diona Hunt for always being so kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our time here. She made our experience better. We are moving only because we are moving out of state. Thank you for making the last two years such a positive experience - we would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Was interested in these apartments and the Manager Diona showed me a couple units. She was friendly and accommodating, explaining that there were options based on my preferences. The ones that were shown and available were clean and the complex seems to be managed well. As we were walking from one building to the next, I noticed Diona interacting with residents of the complex and she was polite and friendly with them as well. I’ve lived here for 4 years Diona has been wonderful manager she helps me every year with my renewal. She works hard and puts her best foot forward. I love living here and don’t plan on moving ever
