I lived at the brook for almost 3 years so when it was time for me to move I quest a walk-through before I left .the janitor arrived I had a problem with my alarm system, taking it off the wall at the front door so paint came off the wall while I removed it so I knew I would be charged for that in which case was understandable and was pointed out to the janitor by myself. I wonder how legal it is when the property manager gives the apartment based on race. Today, my family went to take Taur and were interested in renting. Everything went well until they asked about the ethnicity, and they denied it after knowing the ethnicity. Can someone tell me if this is a new law? I am not letting this go until I convince myself
My husband and I are seniors and have looked at several apartments before coming to see the Brook on Center. From the very beginning Ms. Diona Hunt was warm, friendly and demonstrated her professionalism in describing the apartment and the facilities on site. She answered all of our questions and replied promptly to our emails. It was her sincere demeanor that left us knowing this was going to our new home.
