My mother "Jackie" moved here last year. She is more than satisfied with the Staff and very happy living here. Andrew makes all the difference. He goes above and beyond to cater to her wants and needs. The food is Good and Staff Outstanding. Highly Recommended. Thank you Andrew for making me feel good about mom living there.

My mom was reluctant to leave her home, but she needed more care than we could provide. After a couple weeks at the Brook in Gaylord she was enjoying the surroundings, company and care. Her health actually improved. The staff at the Brook was top notch and treated my mom like she was part of their family.

We had heard so many great things about the Brook in Gaylord that when it was time to move our mother into assisted living, we came to check it out for ourselves. Diane showed us around and told us about all of the services provided. We were impressed! Then we met the manager, Andrew. He was so thorough and answered all of our questions. Mom moved in to a one bedroom independent apartment in Gaylord August 2018. She immediately made several friends and began taking part in a few activities. As the years passed her health began to decline so a move to the assisted living side was necessary. She was able to still visit with her same friends and partake in some of the same activities (and add several more), all while getting the assistance she required. Prefect place for my mother. All the staff treat my mother like she is family. Andrew is my mother’s super hero , if all else fails ask Andrew! Diane is my favorite but sister and brothers like Faith, Sonya, Snooki ( in the kitchen) and others.
