What can I say. It’s a mental hospital you’re not exactly gonna have a great time there. And you’ll get most out of the groups the more work you put into them. It isn’t perfect but the food was good, they had vending machines, and the beds were more comfortable than I thought they would be. I use to work here and absolutely loved it but the higher up (hr ) will pick sides to make them look better when I was being verbally harassed by a coworker and they want us to both to just apologize to each other and I knew he wasn’t going to change I was his higher up and they wouldn’t listen to me about anything so I handed them all my keys and quit because I was not apologizing to somebody I was not sorry to
I cannot say enough good about the pop adolescent program at the brook kmi In particular Joyce Mann and her behind the scene staff of Sandy and Becky. Our family would not be where we are today without their help during a very difficult time. I would recommend the program to anyone that needs help period. It helps if you’re actually concentrated on getting better but some of the nurses can be really passive aggressive know what you’re getting yourself into before going. Almost everyone didn’t know when they would get discharged which is a major concern if you’re wanting to go to a different program or back home. Beware!
The receptionist had on house shoes the old school slippers, with very long nails, very tacky!
