My team and I were there for a business meeting and it was the business facilities were great.The rooms were great and the food was actually really impressive. The lunch was really good and the guys are actually couldn't recommend the stakes sandwich enoygh and it was absolutely fantastic.So I look forward to go in there again.Thank you very much.
My mother pre-paid two rooms for my daughter and myself on my wedding night. My daughter used her own card for the incidental hold and with no notice or discussion was charged the full rate of the room. Upon calling the hotel, we were informed that this was due to a lack of authorisation to apply the original card to the room. I travel and stay at hotels a lot, and The Brook was a total surprise with how exceptional it is. From the friendly and helpful staff to the modern and enjoyable room experience, I could not fault a thing. They have a really nice gym with free weights and the usual machines, and plenty of space. The food and room service is excellent in quality and price. The location with local shop access a short walk away is great too and parking is excellent. Clean, modern, and great value every time. The rooms are well kept with smart TVs, and being able to order from the bistro menu straight to your room is a massive plus. Always a comfortable stay. This is my go-to motel in Brisbane.
Had a great stay here as it's very convenient for a few days of business locally. The fact that it is near a shopping centre and other F&B places is even better. Great value!
