Horrible jerk customer service at that front desk. I will take my business to someone with class and respect.
They don’t fix anything…they don’t answer phones….they lie to get you to lease…these apartments cost waaay to much for them to run them the way they do…they are old and poorly managed. Update…still raggedy…and they got ppl reviewing that don’t live here…shopping carts everywhere Update: There have been multiple fires. I recently applied to The Brook Apartments and submitted a $200 application fee. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up communication regarding my application status.
