Ms. Shatekia was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience of moving in was smooth and answered all of my questions and concerns and then some. She is very generous and thoughtful!

I rented here for 1 year from 3/25-3/26. I would rate the first 6 months a 1 star but that was with the old management. Once Greystar took over and new management came in, I saw some improvements right away. My review has grown from 1 star to 3 stars in the matter of 6 months considering the "dump" that they were left to takeover. That being said, there's still a lot of work that needs to be done in and around the apartment units and I believe Greystar was not working fast enough.
