Wonderful place, loved my visit and can't wait to move in an be part of the community
I rented here for 1 year from 3/25-3/26. I would rate the first 6 months a 1 star but that was with the old management. Once Greystar took over and new management came in, I saw some improvements right away. My review has grown from 1 star to 3 stars in the matter of 6 months considering the "dump" that they were left to takeover. That being said, there's still a lot of work that needs to be done in and around the apartment units and I believe Greystar was not working fast enough. I am pleased with my experience of moving into The Brook apartments. The assistant manager Teka went over and beyond to ensure that my move in process was easy. Teka is always polite, professional and very communicative. She has put together monthly events at the apartment complex and activities for the residents to enjoy which is something I never experienced at any of my previous apartment communities. I am also pleased with maintenance manager, Chris, who is always on site, working hard and completes any maintenance issue... read more
Teka is very reassuring and helpful. When touring, and deciding to rent, she was awesome and always on top of things! I also can’t brag on the maintenance crew enough!!! Responded very quickly, very respectful, and knowledgeable about appliances. Super nice staff!
