Horrible jerk customer service at that front desk. I will take my business to someone with class and respect.
They don’t fix anything…they don’t answer phones….they lie to get you to lease…these apartments cost waaay to much for them to run them the way they do…they are old and poorly managed. Update…still raggedy…and they got ppl reviewing that don’t live here…shopping carts everywhere Update: There have been multiple fires. I recently applied to The Brook Apartments and submitted a $200 application fee. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up communication regarding my application status. Additionally, my interaction with a staff member during the application process was concerning. the manager there- i don't know his name but appeared upset and displayed an unprofessional attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable. i spoke with him maybe twice and each time he sounded like he hated his job and life, well don't take it out on th... read more
