***I write this very long review as a beware to future tenants*** On Saturday 2/28/26 I received an email from Shatekia Assistant Community Manager that I had packages in the leasing office that needed to be picked up. Later that day myself and my daughter went to the leasing office to grab our packages. When I walked in there were ppl in the office and Shatekia stopped whatever she was doing with them and asked how she could help me. Apartments are older and not very well maintained. Beware of reviews. Leasing office has potential renters give them 5 stars when touring, but they do not live here yet and don’t know the true renter experience.
I visit my God Mommy at these apartments in Pineville NC and the apartments are very run down , trash all over the property sat out by residents and cockroaches !! I wish she would move !! The apartments look nothing like the photo shopped pictures on their site ! Collecting upwards of 1,500 a month plus has to be because of the area and being close to ballantyne!!! I lived in Pineville at another apartment building & it seems if you're not a homeowner in Pineville NC then all apartments are unfit for human habitation !! Sad... read more
I love my apartment maintenance technicians have always taken care of me when I call they come running i had a problem with past managers that was on going from one to the next for 3 years but I won't say anything about the problem because on 1/23/26 12 noon I just met a new set of managers and they are so so nice the manager sat down with me and my wife and listened to our problem and when we were done she made copies of our paperwork and had solved the biggest part of it and gave us a promise she would completely solve it... read more
Do not rent here. When we toured there was a whole building burnt down over a year ago that they haven’t even touched. We toured a townhouse and loved it. I have submitted an application over two weeks ago. They pretty much dodge all my calls so I have to go into the office anytime I want to talk to someone. When I get there all they say is “sorry you’ll have to talk to my regional manager” I got word from them Saturday about my “conditional approval” but nothing else.
