Do not rent here. When we toured there was a whole building burnt down over a year ago that they haven’t even touched. We toured a townhouse and loved it. I have submitted an application over two weeks ago. They pretty much dodge all my calls so I have to go into the office anytime I want to talk to someone. When I get there all they say is “sorry you’ll have to talk to my regional manager” I got word from them Saturday about my “conditional approval” but nothing else. Horrible jerk customer service at that front desk. I will take my business to someone with class and respect.
They don’t fix anything…they don’t answer phones….they lie to get you to lease…these apartments cost waaay to much for them to run them the way they do…they are old and poorly managed. Update…still raggedy…and they got ppl reviewing that don’t live here…shopping carts everywhere Update: There have been multiple fires. Gym burned down, an apartment burned down, no pool in years(every year they say next year the pool will be open. I recently applied to The Brook Apartments and submitted a $200 application fee. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up communication regarding my application status.
