I came for a tour. I've been looking for a new place to call home and I think this may be the one! I was really sold by the staff. Although fairly new, I was hesitant because I know how management change can go with apartment complexes but the property manager's, professionalism is what sold me. The Brook Apartments are amazing! The staff are very professional especially the Community Manager Jasmine. Very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns, the community is very clean and quiet. If I worked in that area, I would definitely consider The Brook as my first option.
I typically never write reviews but I definitely felt compelled to leave one from with my experience Jasmine! Man, I was in a terrible situation when I reached out to this complex and needed to figure out something quickly! Jasmine approached me with so much kindness and compassion. I have been a resident of The Brook Apartments for 2 years now. My son and I live together in a townhouse. There have been many changes over the 2 years we have lived here, but I have noticed things changing for the better. My son is the current groundskeeper, and has made a tremendous effort to keep the property clean of trash. The Brook Apartments is a great place to live.
