prices seem great but they must compensate for the sh*tty customer service. MULTIPLE TIMES when i have gone, there were no employees in sight to start the bed, I would leave after waiting for about 20 min. When you call no one answers and the voicemail box is full so you are unable to leave a message. Also recently they have closed for about three weeks due to family illness as the sign in the door states they will be closed until further notice. the prices are not worth the frustration!!

prices used to be reasonable. Changed prices and hours with no notice. Had dog in salon which peed on carpets. Will not return there because it is totally inconvenient hours for customers but convenient for owner. Thumbs down!!!!
i never got such great color in 2 sessions at any other salon and i have tried a lot of area salons. prices were also great!!
