Your company is by far one of the most unprofessional limo services I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Your driver ignored multiple calls and texts until 20 minutes after he was scheduled to arrive to tell me that he won’t be coming because the limo “broke down” and it’s too much traffic to get to the Bronx from queens. I hired the limo company for my wedding day 3rd July 2022. I paid in full the day before cause I don’t want any hassle on my wedding day. I even told them I was willing to pay for the wait time, to which they told me they’d wait 15 min after which I would pay. The limo arrived at 1:53pm, Luis waiting till 2:00pm then started getting mad. We were able to be at the limo at 2:36pm. He didn’t want to start the ride until we pay him 100$. Booked for my brother-in-law’s goddaughter, and they called close to the hour we were expecting them that they were 30-40 min late, decided to wait but then they called again that we had to wait even more. The birthday girl and friends were waiting all this long to make this dream come true for her and the company disappointed us big time.
Driver arrived at wrong address although it was just down the block. In my opinion was not dressed like a driver should be for a wedding. Had on jeans and a sports jacket. Wanted to be paid before we even stepped into the limo. Limo was horrible. Body work was terrible, windows in the back didn’t work, radio didn’t work, partition didn’t work, in fact was covered with a black plastic bag. Decorations from a previous party still inside.
