Paula both called and texted me after hours to make sure that I knew I had accidentally ordered flowers from her store in Yuma, Colorado instead of Yuma Arizona. She didn't want my mom to be without the flowers, and she wanted me to know that the refund was on its way but would take a couple days. Wonderful little shop and the flowers I bought were wrapped wonderfully. The service here was great. The staff was very helpful explaining which flowers to get and the price.
I have ordered flowers from the Broken Vase twice and looks nothing like the pictures on line. The first order was supposed to be a medium bear and large box of chocolates. If that's a medium bear, what is a small? A beanie baby? The last order was supposed to be 2 dozen yellow roses. 24 yellow roses, and only received 6. I paid $132.09 for you to deliver 24 yellow roses and only got 6 with some yellow carnations and lilys. Beautiful flowers
Didn't realize what time it was when I called them to make a flower arrangement for my mother's birthday tomorrow last minute. Peter is awesome for taking a last minute, 5 till closing Delivery!! My mommy will be getting her flowers thank you so much peter!!
