Property is so beautiful and great location. Property Manager and maintenance are top notch and very friendly.

I moved to the Brody in June 2020 and have just renewed my lease for another two years. Great apartment. Responsive property management. It feels like home. A very special amenity that is exclusive to The Brody is the fenced and gated dog park. Addressing the one star review posted yesterday by TOM NOTS regarding the rude behavior of the property manager---Ridiculous! nonsense! The sign on the gate clearly states: "PRIVATE PROPERTY NO TRESPASSING THIS AREA FOR RESIDENTS OF THE BRODY APARTMENTS ONLY." And Mr. Nots thought the... read more
The management team here is always friendly and helpful. Building is clean and well maintained. This is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for".
