Let me first start off by saying I currently live here. I’ve been living here for over a year now with my husband, and we have had such a great experience here. We love all the amenities, the walking trial, friendly neighbors, the views and the location. The staff here are so accommodating and very friendly. I've been living here since they received they're occupancy license, we were the second people to move into the building all together. I know I read in another review the issue with the key fobs. They are convenient when they work... We've had the door to our building "fixed" twice however even though we were told the door was repaired just this Thursday I tried getting in this Saturday morning from getting coffee and again the door will not read the key fob. Karen and Penny are awesome! They took the time to fit me in for a tour during the holidays. We had a great experience touring this community. Both Karen and Penny were both very welcoming, professional, and informative, and they took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure. The property is well-maintained and has a great overall feel. We really appreciated how smooth and positive the entire tour experience was!
Penny and her maintenance that were very intensive and extremely punctual. Anytime we needed assistance. It would only take about an hour for a resolution. The property is clean and the clubhouse was really fun to spend time with friends in
Penny and Karen in the office are wonderful! Penny handled my lease and move in process; could not have been any smoother. I was very pleased. I am the first person to occupy my unit, so of course, everything was ready to go and very clean. I have a townhouse style unit which I really love.
