This ONE BEDROOM apartment was over $2,200 for ABSOLUTELY no reason. Paper thin walls. You will hear it all. Make sure you don’t work from home if you’re planning to live here. We were also promised a community garden and got two pathetic raised beds set up by incompetent staff. The benches were nailed straight into the dirt... brilliant engineering. We moved into the Broadacre almost a year ago and couldn’t be happier about our decision. We moved to Oak Creek 5 years ago and lived 4 of those years at an apartment in Drexel Town Square. After 4 years we were tired of 3 digit rent increases and started looking at apartments. We found Broadacre and fell in love. It’s 1/2 the size of old complex and is so quiet. Update: Since I just recently moved out I have a few things to bullet point. -The Dog park poop container is regularly overflowing -The grass didn't take to the entry of the dog park so it's all mud -The dog bathing areas are located in 2 of the 4 buildings. If you don't live in a building with it, you need to receive access from the front office. And I don't understand why but the building closest to the dog park is not one that includes the dog wash. -Around the holidays the garbage chute was blocked off and people were ju... read more
