Beautiful brand new apartments, lived here since January 2024. Working with Penny has been great; she’s quick with her responses, very personable, and always happy to help!
Recently my washer was having an issue but thanks to the amazing help and communication from Penny and Calvin, the problem I was having got resolved fast. Calvin was great at getting the washer company to come into the apartment and be in and out as quick as possible. He was very professional and understanding of the situation. He also ensured that all my questions were answered and made sure that I was happy with the solution.
Just some honesty here. While I do completely understand this is a new build, there are more and more things about Broadacre Apartment's that I am discovering are not set up well. First of all our mailing address is still a mess, mind you I had to go to the post office myself and sign this address up to be able to receive mail. I have more mail and packages “unable to be delivered” than packages delivered since moving here in June. The elevator in the building we live in has been “out of order” at least 3 times since June.
