I have lived at The Bristol on Union for 4 months and so far my experience has been HORRIBLE and extremely disappointing! The apartment itself was fine at first glance, over time several significant issue became apparent. For one, my main issue which was reported the day I moved in December 19, 2024. I have a decent size crack that actually goes into the floor of my shower. Great location and spacious apartments! Close to Hospitals and Mid-Town Memphis restaurants and attractions. Short drive to FedExForum, the home of the Memphis Grizzloes. Serves as my home away from home. Love the fact that parking is enclosed and secured. Highly recommend!
