Treatment by management hasn't been good, but I have just ignored it and try to interact as less as possible.
If you are thinking about making Bristol as your new residence (specially if you are a foreigner) keep the following in your mind. 1- A big portion of the building, (the one facing the highway) is difficult to live in because of the noise from the highway and the helicopters landing and taking off from across the highway. The apartments have poor sound proofing. 2- Expect indifference and passive aggressive behavior from the management, specially if you are a foreigner.
