Since visiting this complex I believe I have changed my mind about where I'm going to use my GC housing authority/HUD VASH voucher.(VA joint voucher)The area and amenities are really impressive and the maintenance seems to be on top of things as best they can. Each unit has stacked laundry unit and most all I've scene have been remodeled nicely to include cabinets in the kitchen and tile in the bathroom with accent lighting in the dining room and nice double doors leading out 2A private yard makes it very appealing. The only reason why I give this a 1 Star is simply because I had no other choice. This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in in my 37 years of living! We have been here for a year and it is complete chaos. It appears that management was found off the street just because they said they could unclog a toilet! The heat doesn’t work in the winter time and the air doesn’t work in the summer time! They opened the pool for 2.5 hours for one day and shut it right back down. I do not pay all this money for rent to not use what is promised in my lease. If we can not gain access to the pool and gym as we are promised to lease then we should not be paying for them with our rent because that’s money we could be using to live better and greater life’s. This is probably one of the worst places in Greenville you can rent from. They charge high rent for a pool that they did not open last year as well as a gym that we also have not had access to in quite some time but they are not willing to lower rent when we are unable to use things we pay for to be included in our stay here. We also have grills we can not use due to them not having any gas tanks in them. They took the tables and chairs from the pool area.
