FYI, you will not get your deposit back. They said I never paid one. This company straight steals from their tenets. Never fixed my washing machine. Please don't rent from them Edit: Just wanted to follow up one year since leaving the Bristol. They sent me one email response. Never got security deposit back (will likely have to take them to court which is fine). Maintenance requests are slow in response. AC went out for over a month during the middle of the summer, pool was open for maybe two weeks, there was mold. Trash everywhere, cops always there
The promised me ADA compliant exit from my apartment a year ago still not done. Mold from leak in my bedroom has only been treated with bleach water and has constantly returned. 3 feet up 3 walls. Leak has never been fixed. The pool is a mosquito pond green and stinking. Staff are rude and apparently uneducated in housing issues and maintaining property. Do not rent here.
DO MOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I’ve been waiting for an apartment since the first week of April l, which is when I was told it would be ready. It’s now June and the apartment they put us on hold for in July doesn’t exist. Melissa and management will say anything to get you off the phone! Trash establishment!
These people are so unprofessional and disorganized. Took over a month to get approved for an apartment lost my paperwork had me redo everything twice then kept giving me the run around on a move in date. I give the deposit u still took over 30 days to contact me abt a unit I declined the offer bc if ur so unorganized now I can imagine what it would be like once I moved to the property.
