Very very poor no pool no amenities no playground kids playing in the street. They don’t fix anything. Mold leaks in the streets are fallen apart. Gutters don’t even work and they barely cut the grass and they want your money without opening the office up on weekends and wonder why you can’t pay your rent if you’re working.
FYI, you will not get your deposit back. They said I never paid one. This company straight steals from their tenets. Never fixed my washing machine. Please don't rent from them Edit: Just wanted to follow up one year since leaving the Bristol. They sent me one email response. They said they would get back to me after hurricane Helena to solve the issue. They never did. I emailed them again. No response. The Bristol stole my deposit. Never got security deposit back (will likely have to take them to court which is fine). Maintenance requests are slow in response. AC went out for over a month during the middle of the summer, pool was open for maybe two weeks, there was mold. Trash everywhere, cops always there
The promised me ADA compliant exit from my apartment a year ago still not done. Mold from leak in my bedroom has only been treated with bleach water and has constantly returned. 3 feet up 3 walls. Leak has never been fixed. The pool is a mosquito pond green and stinking. Staff are rude and apparently uneducated in housing issues and maintaining property. Do not rent here.
DO MOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I’ve been waiting for an apartment since the first week of April l, which is when I was told it would be ready. It’s now June and the apartment they put us on hold for in July doesn’t exist. Melissa and management will say anything to get you off the phone! Trash establishment!
