This is probably one of the worst places in Greenville you can rent from. They charge high rent for a pool that they did not open last year as well as a gym that we also have not had access to in quite some time but they are not willing to lower rent when we are unable to use things we pay for to be included in our stay here. We also have grills we can not use due to them not having any gas tanks in them. They took the tables and chairs from the pool area. I currently live here and the two thing’s I have a problem with is neighbors being rude to ANY kids out here being kids and playing telling them not to be kids and play. It’s people like them that are the reason kids grow up to fast and get into troubling situations. Allow them to be kids and play as long as they can so crime can go down within the younger generations. I’m very pleased with the management team that is here, they are very helpful and understanding. I’ve been here 3 years now and am very pleased with the progress that has been made out here, maintenance crew is cool and helpful, wouldn’t change a thing!!!
the management team here is amazing and very understanding, I have been here 3 years and I love it!!! if I need anything fixed or worked one, they definitely show up within a day no more than 2. I have been happy since day one and wouldn’t change a thing!!
Been living here close to a year and anxiously waiting to move! They have you paying for a pool that is filthy and inaccessible year round, a gym where nothing works properly, trash valet that never picks up trash on scheduled days. Its awesome they do have multiple dog parks and are dog friendly but with that comes mounds of dog poop scattered throughout the apartments that never gets picked up!
