My Mom recently moved into The Bristal at Lake Success and despite her hesitancy from moving from her private home, she now loves the place. She tells me all the time that it’s the best “hotel” she’s ever stayed at. Mom was also a finicky eater but she loves the food at The Bristal. Also, all the people at The Bristal who support the residents are so helpful and friendly. And as for her family, we are so relieved that she is happy and settled — it’s helped us all sleep better at night.
This glowing review is long overdue. I'm Cantor Moshe Bear a Jewish clergy person who has served this facility since its opening and I must say that it is exceptionally well-run. Both the residents and their family members look forward to our weekly services on Friday afternoons. The staff is amazing in their dedication and genuine concern for the residents. Warm and friendly staff that ALWAYS have a smile on their face. They keep the residents engaged and motivated. Also great food.
