I can't say enough good things about the Bristal in Lake Success. My dad was there for close to 9 months until his passing. He arrived with pretty advanced stage dementia and was greeted so kindly by everyone. The staff is kind beyond words and just excellent overall. I don't know what we would have done without the Bristal! From the friendly front desk person to the person wiping my dad's tushy! lol. This home is amazing! Our mother has been taken care of like family. They make sure her favorite foods are given at meals. The housekeepers keep her room tidy and clean, they play lots of games and have super fun activities all day long. The people who take care of her at the wellness center and her aide who helps her at night when she's ready for bed are all extremely caring. We are so happy we found you all, and appreciate all this Bristal does for our mom/grandma!
We made the right decision! The staff at the Bristal in Lake Success NY are the best! This location specializes with memory care which consists of helping residents with Alzheimer's and Dementia. My Dad moved in last November and it was a surprisingly smooth transition. After 4 months in the hospital & rehab, it was very difficult living at home with 24 hr care.
