I recently contacted Deborah Fishman regarding my father who has been a resident at the Bristal for about 3 years. She is the Bristal's specialist for Medicaid. I was seeking her advice as to criteria for eligibility and when/how to apply for Medicaid. Her guidance and direction were extremely thorough and helpful as far as the steps I should take going forward

The staff is very caring and loving. Antonio the Maintenance Manager is excellent! He was so helpful in coordinating my mother’s move to another apartment.

The Bristal at Woodcliff Lake is so bright, clean, and well-maintained. The spacious rooms have a welcoming, hotel-like feel, and it’s clear that the community has been designed with thoughtful, elegant touches. We went from research to contract in 48 hours for my 93 year old mother in law last week. Joyel Presley did an incredible job of explaining the process and costs. Joyel was a master at eliminating my mother in law concerns and set our entire family at ease. We interviewed 4 long term care facilities and are thrilled that be moving into the Bristal. The place is immaculate staff very knowledgeable.
