I called the Bristal looking for information after spending days, running in circles, trying to figure out how to support my mom who had recently had a major stroke Way before her time. My angels put Joyel in my path who not only gave me information about her wonderful community, but also connected me to resources that honestly I would have not had access to on my own. People like Joyel are rare to find and I look forward to putting mom there when the time comes.
Ginnie gave us a tour of the Bristal.. It was refreshing to know she has been at the Bristal for 12 years. We felt very comfortable with her from the start to the finish of the process. She knew every aspect of how things operate and I knew it was the right place for my friend. She continued to be easily accessible with all our questions and concerns. Joyel Presley was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and heartfelt during our tour. She made both my wife and I super comfortable during the entire visit. Many thanks to her for our 2 hour tour. Noone better in any of the homes we have visited to date!
Joyel toured me throughout this community. She was very knowledgeable and understanding and made things easy for me to comprehend through this normally difficult process. I had never been to any assisted living before and she made us laugh and feel comfortable, which honestly was refreshing. We were looking for my Grandmother. It was such a nice community. My Grandmother will move in soon, and we definitely feel like there was nowhere better. 5/5 Would recommend.
