My mom lived there for 5+ years. The Bristal in White Plains is a fantastic assisted senior living facility. From Executive Management lead by Rena Hyman and Dayna Nicoletti, Eileen Lopez to the front line first rate service provided by Irene and Patricia, to the medical and nursing staff lead by people like Isabel, the aides and caregivers who are too numerous to name, to the maintenance crew with people like Charlie Ruiz; there is no finer group of people that can take care of your loved ones. Great staff, nice and clean and friendly place
My grandfather is a resident at the Bristal and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff and accommodations. Yesterday was his 101st birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a beautiful day both for him, and for us, his family. They truly make you feel that your loved one is not only cared for but is valued. Thank you to everyone at the Bristal in White Plains. We appreciate you!

The Bristal at White Plains is an excellent caring facility for those who need end of life care in assisted living. It is clean as a whistle and the staff are sensitive and responsive to all of your needs or your loved ones needs. I placed my older sister at The Bristal in White Plains and it really added quality of life in her 2 last years
