Today, life is more meaningful than ever. Living it on your own terms is a privilege we hold dear but seniors need help from time to time. This is why our Assisted Living communities champion a harmony of both: the desire to preserve personal freedom & the wisdom to embrace assistance. This is true for every resident of The Bristal, including those in our special Reflections wing who face memory loss. All residents find the attentive care and compassion they need to make the most of every day. We never limit life for any of ... read more

I wanted to thank The Bristal for making me feel so welcome while visiting yesterday. It was a joy to be with the executive team, and I felt like it was old home week. In all seriousness, it makes such a difference to be in a room with people whom you share synergy and integrity. Thank you. I am excited to tour with clients, as I feel a great sense of confidence that they will be well cared for and treated with the utmost dignity and respect.
My mom was in memory care at The Bristol in White PLains for 3 years. It was the best decision we made to have her close by. Her care for the most was excellent and it is a most difficult job to care for dementia patients. What impressed me the most was the caring and relationships that the staff had for my mother. Also, the staff was pretty consistent with low turnover which means a lot for her continuing care. I would recommend The Bristal highly to anyone looking for a memory care facility.
My husband, my sister-in-law and I recently toured The Bristal at White Plains and received a very warm welcome from staff. We were impressed with both the facility and the amenities that are available to residents and guests. They even have a gluten-free menu! We highly recommend The Bristal for your loved one's elder care needs.
The Bristal in White Plains is truly amazing. All of the staff take amazing care of my grandma. When looking to put my grandma in assisted living, when we looked at The Bristal it felt like home. A place my dad, aunt, and uncle all feel their mother was safe and would be taken care of. She’s always playing games in the common rooms with her friends and always is so happy to be around people. We love The Bristal and I love that they take such amazing care of my grandma.
My mother experiences the joy and community of this residence everyday. We are so happy that we chose the Bristal with her.
