Moved Mom into the Bristal in White Plains today and cannot thank the entire team there enough. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Rena, Judy and some other team members. Forgive me for forgetting some names, too many amazing people to remember them all (yet)! Warm smiles and exuding confidence and empathy. I'd like to call out Bryant Shapiro, the director of the Reflections memory care unit. Since taking on that role his work has been outstanding. He goes out of his way to help both residents and their families, keeps us up to date on their wellbeing, is on top of everything that goes on there, and runs a very smooth operation. I'm very grateful for all he does.
My MIL is a resident at The Bristal at White Plains. The friendly atmosphere and attentive staff makes her days filled with kindness and smiles. The activities are many and she attends ALL. She certainly enjoys the daily variety. She is thriving. I am amazed how much her attitude has changed. My husband and I are graciously welcomed when we visit and accompany her to lectures or musical performances. Did I mention how wonderful the staff is? They are outstanding.
Lovely and accommodating staff, lots of activities and support. my grandfather is in good hands!
The Bristal is such an amazing community. My grandmother is a resident there and absolutely thriving. I work with many residents who live there and love it. The staff is so helpful, loving, encouraging, hard working and friendly. Rena, Dayna, Bryant, Charmaine, Judy and the entire team are so wonderful. Thank you for everything you do!!
