Adriana Cavallaro Director of Housekeeping Adriana is the best. She goes above and beyond! She is caring and takes time to make all the residents feel at home.
The Bristal was home for the last 4 1/2 years to my 96 year old, Aunt Pat. We feel The Bristal staff, all shifts provided my Aunt Pat with kind and wonderful care. The level of care was evident to our family that we knew that our Aunt Pat was truly at the right place. Also, I believe that my Aunt Pat lived as long as she did was due to the wonderful care that The Bristal provided. My Aunt Pat Loved The Bristal!!!!
The Bristal in White Plains is terrific! Mom is in the memory care unit known as Reflections. We are so happy to see she is in a safe, loving environment. The director, Ronald, is amazing, along with his staff. Carol is the best nurse you'll find! They truly care about the well-being of their residents. My sister and I visit regularly and we are always greeted with a smile and an update on mom. We recently enjoyed a lovely outdoor BBQ hosted by the staff-great food and lots of fun! We moved my mom into The Bristal today, and their director of maintenance, Michael Fernandez was amazing! He did an ama big job in helping us with getting her closets set up, getting the phones set up, getting the tvs and WiFi set up and much much more! Michael and his team were truly exceptional!! Calling out another amazing member of the Bristal leadership team, Eileen Lopez. It has been a difficult adjustment for my mom, and Eileen has “stepped in” and “taken her under her wing”.
