My mom Anna Higgins was a resident at the Bristal for the past 3 1/2 years. Myself and my family are very grateful to the staff for the kindness they showed her during this time. A very special thank you to Okee for going above and beyond while caring for our mom during the day shift. She took such pride while caring for her. We are also grateful to Sophie who cared for her in the evening. Too many names to mention but thank you to the entire staff. We are forever grateful.

My mom, who’s 82 and lives in Reflections, has been in The Bristal West Babylon for about a month. She absolutely loves it. She raves about the studio apt she has, the people who work there and the food. She loves the games and activities they have for the residents, too. She loves getting her haircut and nails done in the salon. Last weekend, the Bristal had Grandparents’ day with a carnival theme, which was lovely. I visit my aunt at the Bristal in West Babylon every Wednesday and we enjoy going to the Arts and Crafts class run by Dana Stinson in the Recreation Dept. She is just a wonderful young woman who guides us through the class with such love and care. Dana is such an asset to the Bristal! The Bristal is lucky to have such a great employee on board making these classes so much fun not only for my aunt but for me as well. Thank you Dana Stinson!

My grandma has been at the Bristal West Babylon for a few years and the experience has been nothing but positive. No matter what the challenge the staff is beyond supportive. I feel confident and comfortable knowing my grandmother is safe, happy and well cared for 24/7.
