My mom recently moved to Reflections. Jen Kelleher has made her transition better than we could have hoped for. Her care for the residents is outstanding. She is literally the glue that holds everything together. I never have to worry about anything when Jen is there and I am not. She is amazing to say the least. 5 stars across the board

The Bristol at Jericho is known for its caring and devoted staff. Bruce Ritter Director of Marketing is so tuned in to the needs of the residents and goes above and beyond he’s duties.
Jennifer Kelleher is truly the best! She goes above and beyond for the residents, creating such a warm and positive environment. Her dedication and involvement are unmatched—whether she’s organizing fun dance parties, hosting cooking classes, or simply being a compassionate presence, she always ensures the residents feel valued and engaged.
